DAUM Closes $14.6 Million Industrial Expansion Deal
DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services has closed a $14.6 million industrial expansion transaction in Ontario for Myers Power Products. Myers, a worldwide manufacturer of electrical switchgear, service pedestals, custom cabinets and enclosures, UPS, emergency power and emergency lighting systems, acquired the 221,921 square foot state-of-the-art manufacturing, distribution and warehouse facility at 2950 Philadelphia St. for expansion. Mark Zorn and Tal Siglar of DAUM's Ontario office represented the seller, TA Associates Realty. Chris Migliori of DAUM represented the buyer.
269,000 Square Foot Lease Mastered in Ontario
Master Development Corporation, managing member of Ontario Two, LLC, has secured a six-year lease valued at $3.5 million in Phase II of its Thoroughbred Business Park, a two million square foot industrial park in Ontario. The lease to an undisclosed tenant is for approximately 269,000 square feet in a building formerly occupied by The Sharper Image. Michael Chavez and VinceAnthony of Lee & Associates; Ontario office represented the landlord.Vince Manchee and Phil Lombardo of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. The business park is located just north of the 60 Freeway, bordered by Mission Ave. on the north and E. Francis St. on the south.

Collins Commercial Closes 49,515 Square Foot Lease in Orange
Mesa Safes and All American Lock Co. has signed a five-year lease for a 49,515 square foot freestanding industrial building at 337 Freedom St. in Orange in the airport area. Craig Sullivan of Collins Commercial Corp. represented the tenant who relocated from Huntington Beach. The five-year lease is valued at $1.6 million. ChrisMigliori of DAUM represented the landlord, a private investor. Mesa sells safes and security products.
Voit Directs Anaheim Office Lease
General Dynamics Advanced Information, a company that works in partnership with the U.S. intelligence, maritime, space, and homeland communities, delivering end-to-end solutions in systems integration, development, and operations support, has signed a two-year lease renewal on a 23,342 square foot office property in Anaheim for $1.4 million, reports Voit Real Estate Services' Commercial Brokerage division. Mike Boomer, Barry Walshe and Mike Hefner of Voit's Anaheim office represented the lessor, K-11 Fullerton, LLC. Denise Delsignore of CB Richard Ellis represented the lessee.The property is located at 180 N. Riverview Dr.
